About Stridesmnla
Stridesmnla was built from scratch when we first started in December 2023, selling our first product: Loafers. We’re a small business owner of thrift clothes from North Caloocan, and after stabilizing our financial capability through Instagram sales, we decided to enter the footwear industry. Although we lacked experience in owning a brand, we wanted to align our business with the fashion industry.
It was challenging for us, as we planned and executed our first product release in the span of a month. We decided to build a local brand that supports and promotes local shoemakers in Marikina. Our first release sold out with 30 pairs of loafers, encouraging us to trust the flow of our business and introduce new products. Our clogs have helped us become more diverse and join the booming footwear industry. We made our first trending video on TikTok, reaching 400k views, which helped us engage new customers and grow our Instagram following.
